Section 70.51 Special Magistrate Proceedings
Resolve your land use and environmental cases
Patrice Boyes, Esq. offers Special Magistrate/Mediation services using the Florida Land Use and Environmental Dispute Resolution Act, Section 70.51, Florida Statutes. Parties electing this option first mediate a case, and, if necessary, proceed to a de novo hearing before the Special Magistrate.
